What is your return policy?

Do you allow refunds?

  • No refunds or returns are accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How much time from purchase do I have to request a refund?
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order has been placed it is now in the process of getting shipped.
  • We do not offer returns/refunds If under certain circumstances, a refund must be made, the method of refund will be STORE CREDIT.
  • We do not offer returns/refunds. If under certain circumstances an item must be refunded or returned, the product must be unopened, new, never worn, and packaging must be intact.
  • We do not accept returns/refunds. But if you want to contact us about refunds/returns please email us via email. Please put subject line "refund/return". In your email please include your name, and order number.
  • We do not accept returns/refunds. If under certain circumstances an item must be returned/refunded the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 
  • J'Lamour will determine if the return or refund requests meets the qualifications, and falls under the category "certain circumstances", and is valid for approval or not.
